Project 365 |
Take pictures everyday for a year, and look back at how you looked, what you did, who you met, what you achieved, and more, in one big photo album. Aside from documenting daily random things interesting or otherwise, Project 365 can also help you become a better photographer. My name is Yoj, and I'm a visual person. Here's my take on Project 365. Also visit: My main blog My Tumblr PhotoBlog |
Napoleones! I’ve always wanted to try this pastry, as I’ve read that it’s similar to the French mille-feuille, made with several layers of puff pastry with custard cream filling and sugar glaze on top. It’s said that the small, square-shaped pastries are made in Bacolod and nowhere else in Philippines.
At first bite, one thing I could tell is how comparable it is to the expensive desserts available in many restaurants and coffee shops. I bought a box of 6 pieces for Php 100 (about $2) and realized that it’s better than buying a slice of cake in a coffee shop. I ate my napoleones with coffee and apple-cinnamon tea, and it was heavenly!
